Dr. Yashel Wedderburn Landell, MD, FAAFP

Board Certified Family Medicine Physician

Dr. Wedderburn Landell is a caring physician who takes patient care very seriously. She
partners with her patients by spending time with them, listening, and discussing their specific needs in order to help them reach their best level of health. Originally from Jamaica, she completed her Medical Degree at the University of the West Indies in Jamaica where she
graduated with Honors.

She completed her internship in Internal Medicine at the Harlem Hospital Center in New York and then completed a Family Medicine Residency at The Florida Hospital Family Medicine Residency program in Orlando, Florida. Upon graduation from residency, she was awarded the 2010-2011 Florida Hospital Scholarly Activity Award for a project that best advances Family Medicine.

Dr. Wedderburn Landell is committed to helping patients change their lifestyles to reduce their
risk for disease. She enjoys being on the front lines of patient care, managing diagnostic and
therapeutic challenges with a compassionate, integrative approach.
In her free time, she enjoys cycling, weight training, playing the piano, reading, and spending time with her husband and daughter.

She is board-certified in Family Medicine and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family
Medicine. Dr. Wedderburn Landell is proficient in Women’s Health, Geriatrics, Pediatrics and
Adolescent care, and Minor Office Procedures.
